Born and raised in Calgary, Kamil has a long family history in real estate dating back three generations. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an undergraduate degree in Management and Organizational Studies and continued to further his formal education in Real Estate Valuation from UBC, along with countless additional certifications.

Kamil began practicing real estate with CIR Realty in 2005. He is a returning guest speaker for the University of Calgary and has successfully led a Top Producing team for close to two decades. An avid mentor in the industry, Kamil’s expertise spans an array of specialties that he provides consultation services for, including luxury homes, multifamily properties, property management, foreclosures, investment properties, and residential development, to name a few. 

A recognized and respected leader in the field, Kamil maintains strong relationships with a vast number of industry professionals. He is well versed in all quadrants of the city, surrounding rural areas, as well as supporting out-of-town buyers looking to relocate. 

Kamil’s greatest strength is intimately knowing and understanding the local real estate market, as well as accurately predicting its trajectory and trends. His strategic negotiation skills are complemented by his ethics, honesty and integrity.

Yvette has lived and worked primarily in the South Calgary market and specializes in buying, selling and advising in the Calgary South market. As a “Top Producer” Yvette’s number one concern is that you receive the best service in the industry. Keeping you informed about Calgary’s diverse real estate market condition is her number one objective.

Yvette’s patience goes a long way. Her no pressure approach makes her clients feel comfortable knowing it’s all about “them” and not the “sale.” Negotiating and follow up are key factors in making her clients feel comfortable. Yvette also recognizes that Calgary is very community specific, and her knowledge of specific neighborhoods and their offerings makes her ideal to find you what you’re looking for. Her research, diligence and negotiating for top dollar in this ever changing market are her top priorities when it comes to selling your home or investment.

On a more personal note, Yvette takes pride in her health and fitness, and you can find her at the gym. In her free time, Yvette enjoys decorating for events, cooking traditional Ukrainian dishes and entertaining. Her most valuable time spent is with her family and jogging with her Queensland Heeler.




Angelique graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Sociology. During that time, she took special courses in Urban Sociology, which sparked her love for real estate. Angelique has lived in North Calgary for over 20 years and has become a real estate expert in characteristics of every northern community. Whether you want to find a neighborhood with plenty of nightlife or find a quiet place to raise your family, Angelique can find the perfect North Calgary community for you. Likewise, her familiarity with these diverse neighborhoods allows her to market your property effectively by calling attention to certain characteristics well sought by people seeking real estate in North Calgary.

In addition to specializing in North Calgary, Angelique also has experience in buying and selling acreages. She is very familiar with the additional variables that need to be considered with acreages such as water potability, distance from the city, zoning and soil conditions. You can count on her guidance and due diligence to ensure your transaction closes with ease.

Angelique loves being a Realtor® because it allows her to explore and learn more about her city. Her favourite place in the city is Prince’s Island Park. In the summer, you can find her going for a jog with her dog, playing football or practicing guitar in the grass. When Angelique is not working, she spends her time making music, traveling, snowboarding, climbing or trying new local restaurants.




Emily was born and raised in Northern Alberta and has called Calgary home for the last 5 years. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Calgary and has worked in many roles within the human services industry for the past decade. Housing has been a constant theme throughout her career, and her transition into the real estate world has been an exciting learning experience that has allowed her to help others using her skillset in a different way. She is vital in supporting the rest of the team members provide their clients with the exceptional and professional level of service they deserve.

In her off time Emily considers herself to be a local arts and culture enthusiast, spending most of her free moments with family, out volunteering, and exploring new places around the city.
